Zhongmin Liu

Zhongmin Liu graduated from the full-time five-year Acupuncture Program at Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. He enrolled in 1988 and graduated in 1993, after which he was assigned to teach at the Special Education College of Changchun University, where he taught Traditional Chinese Medicine massage therapy to visually impaired students.

In 1995, he joined Jilin Educational Television Station as a reporter and later worked at several educational and media institutions, including:

• Jilin Provincial Audio-Visual Education Center
• Jilin Provincial Education Information Center
• Jilin Provincial Educational Technology Equipment Center

In 2024, he returned to Jilin Educational Television Station as Station Director and Editor-in-Chief.

Despite his long career in media and education, Liu has never abandoned his passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine. For many years, he has continued to provide acupuncture treatments for family members and friends during his spare time.

In 2025, his television station produced a live broadcast featuring the Dynamic Tendon Acupuncture Therapy developed by Mr. Chen Decheng, an alumnus living in the United States. Witnessing firsthand the remarkable effectiveness of the therapy — “easy to learn and immediately effective” — Liu became a student of Mr. Chen Decheng and joined the Dynamic Tendon Acupuncture medical team.

Through ongoing clinical practice, Liu has consistently achieved excellent therapeutic results and received positive feedback from patients. He has since dedicated himself to using Dynamic Tendon Acupuncture Therapy to relieve patients’ suffering and firmly believes in the continued advancement and development of this medical approach.
