Dr Eve Shen is an Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor, having graduated from Shanghai Medical University (SMU) with an honours degree after six years of study. She was employed by Shanghai Xin Jua hospital for many years and came to the UK in 1993 to work as a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner ever since. She is currently a member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ATCM). Her focus is on providing her patients with thorough, individualised, and comprehensive care, treating a variety of specific conditions and symptoms.
In addition, Traditional Chinese Medicine has a strong focus on prevention and is beneficial in the maintenance of good health despite the many demands and challenges of a busy lifestyle. More than just treating diseases, Dr Eve promotes preventative health, wellness and patient empowerment. She is very committed to helping people feel their best and really enjoys her work. She has also successfully treated a number of men and women for a variety of issues such as pain management, anxiety, depression, stress reduction, digestive conditions, allergies, adverse reactions to radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy, insomnia, hypertension and many other internal and external pathologies.
