Personal Experience & Biography
Since 1992, I have been working as a clinical translator in traditional Chinese medicine. In 1993, I studied traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage at the Sichuan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From 1994 to 1998, I studied traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture at the International Free University Maastricht. In 2000-2001, I furthered my studies in acupuncture and massage at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In 2004, I obtained a license to practice traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture in the canton of Zurich and opened my own clinic there. Since 2019, I have been studying needle-knife techniques with Professors Dong Fuhui and Zhang Ying.
Therapist Qualifications
In 2024, I completed five seasons of Motion Acupuncture Therapy courses. Praxis Wilfriedstrasse was established in 1987 by Dr. Thomas Grauer, a Swiss family doctor who provided traditional Chinese medicine treatment. In 1990, Dr. Silvio Schaller joined the clinic, offering Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture treatment.
I have been employed as an acupuncture and massage assistant at Dr. Silvio Schaller’s clinic since 1993. In 2004, I began working independently as an acupuncture and massage therapist at the clinic.
Currently, the clinic employs three Swiss medical doctors who practice traditional Chinese medicine, two natural therapists, and myself as one of them.
