针不动，肉动The needle stays still, the flesh moves
传统针灸是针动，肉不动：医师提插捻转，患者躺着不动。动筋针把这件事反过来。针以15至30度角浅刺入皮下，停留在浅筋膜层，不进深层肌肉；然后由患者自己带针活动患处，包括主动、被动与负荷运动。
刺得浅，不代表刺激弱。留针带患者运动，让张力顺着筋膜的张力网络传到全身，而不是只停在扎针的那一个点。比如颈肩同时留针、同时活动，等于一次处理一整条筋膜链，而不是一个点。
因为不进深层肌肉，组织损伤小，针后酸痛也明显减少。
In conventional acupuncture the needle moves and the flesh stays still: the practitioner lifts, thrusts and rotates while the patient lies there. Motion Acupuncture inverts that. The needle enters at 15 to 30 degrees and remains in the superficial fascia, never reaching deep muscle. The patient then moves the affected region with the needles retained, through active, passive or loaded movement.
Shallow does not mean weak. Retention with movement sends the load along the fascial network to the rest of the body instead of stopping at the one point you needled. Needle the neck and shoulder together, move both together, and you release an entire fascial chain in a single pass rather than one point at a time.
Because it never enters deep muscle, tissue trauma is lower and post-needle soreness is markedly reduced.

Dr. Decheng Chen, PhD, L.Ac. 陈德成博士
动筋针的发明人与创始人，持有2项发明专利。针灸医学博士：长春中医药大学学士、硕士（导师刘冠军教授），南京中医药大学博士（导师邱茂良教授），澄江学派第三代传承人。原中国中医科学院针灸研究所副主任医师。
现任纽约德医堂院长、世界针灸学会联合会执委、美国中医针灸传承基地主任、美国中医针灸传承学会会长，并获选北京市海外华侨华人中医药“百人百项”传承代表。
从事针灸临床、教学与科研40年，出版专著20部（含《动筋针疗法》《动筋针医学》《中国针灸独穴疗法》），发表论文100余篇。动筋针已在美国、加拿大、中国、欧洲与澳洲开班，全球学员超过2万名。
Inventor and founder of Motion Acupuncture, holding two invention patents. PhD in acupuncture medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, third-generation lineage holder of the Chengjiang school, and formerly Associate Chief Physician at the Institute of Acupuncture, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.
He directs the Deyitang centre in New York, sits on the executive committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies, directs the American TCM Acupuncture Heritage Base, presides over the American Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Heritage Association, and was named a Beijing municipal heritage representative for overseas Chinese medicine.

每天下午，陈博士从在场的学员里随机挑一位受试者，当场诊断、当场下针、当场让他动起来。不是录像，不是提前安排好的病例。活动度和疼痛的变化，全场一起看。
手感、层次、提拉的力道，看着做一遍再自己上手，学得最快，这也是这门课值得你从诊所里空出两天的原因。
Each afternoon Dr. Chen takes a volunteer chosen at random from the room, assesses them, needles them and puts them in motion in front of everyone. Not a recording, not a case prepared in advance. The change in range of motion and pain is there for the whole room to judge.
Hand feel, tissue layer and how hard to pull are things you pick up fastest by watching them done and then doing them yourself, which is why the two days out of clinic are worth it.

针感与组织层次的四分法：靠手感判断针尖在哪一层。动态留针的运用，以及对作用机制的解释：筋膜修复、肌肉松解与关节复位（这是目前的解释框架，临床效果本身你在现场自己判断）。再一次现场实操演示与答疑。Needle sensation and the four-layer model of tissue: telling by feel which layer the tip is in. Applying dynamic retention, and the proposed explanation for why it works: fascial repair, muscle release and joint repositioning. That is the current working framework; the clinical effect itself is something you judge for yourself in the room. A second live demonstration and Q&A.

你不需要重新学一套新词汇。动筋针建立在肌肉解剖学、筋膜学、肌肉运动学之上，用你已经熟悉的语言，就能听懂整堂课；课程再把西医的肌筋膜链与中医的经筋对应起来。
- 比干针更浅。干针找的是深层肌肉的激痛点；动筋针停在浅筋膜层，风险更低，患者针后反应更轻。
- 运动是治疗的一部分，不是治疗之后的功课。患者带针运动，你当场就能看到活动度的变化。
- 它是一套完整的流程，不是一个手法。从找点、进针、提拉到带针运动，每一步都可复制。
关于学分与执业范围，请先看这一段。本课程的继续教育学分由加州针灸委员会认可（CEP #1900），也就是针灸执照的主管机构。物理治疗与脊椎按摩各有独立的继续教育审批系统，本课程学分不自动适用于这两类执照，请先向您自己的委员会确认。
施针的执业范围各州规定也不同：加州的脊椎按摩师在完成委员会认可的培训后可以施用干针；加州的物理治疗师目前不可以（加州是全美仅有的三个州之一）。欢迎来学习，报名前请先确认您在执业所在州可以怎么使用。
You do not need to learn a new vocabulary. Motion Acupuncture is built on muscle anatomy, fascia science and kinesiology, so you can follow the whole course in language you already use, and it then maps myofascial chains onto the classical sinew channels.
- Shallower than dry needling. Dry needling hunts trigger points in deep muscle. Motion Acupuncture stays in the superficial fascia, which lowers risk and leaves patients far less sore afterwards.
- Movement is part of the treatment, not homework afterwards. The patient moves with the needles retained, and you watch range of motion change while they are still on the table.
- It is a complete protocol, not a single trick. Point selection, insertion, lift-and-pull, then movement, every step repeatable.
Read this before you register. CE credit for this course is issued through the California Acupuncture Board (CEP #1900), the board that licenses acupuncturists. Physical therapy and chiropractic each run their own separate continuing-education approval systems, so these hours do not automatically count toward those licences. Check with your own board first.
Needling scope also differs by state and licence: California chiropractors may perform dry needling after board-approved training, while California physical therapists currently may not (California is one of only three states where that is the case). You are welcome in the room either way. Please confirm what you can do with it where you practise.
