The book ‘Motion Acupuncture Therapy’ is rich in illustrations and accompanied by videos. By scanning the QR codes in the book, readers can watch the actual clinical treatment processes of real cases. The clinical typical case videos presented in the book were shot during the clinical work, and many patients experienced immediate effects during the treatment. Some cases include before-and-after comparison photos or videos, preserving the authenticity and objectivity of the treatment scenes.

The book is divided into three parts: upper, middle, and lower. The upper part covers the theoretical foundation, mainly discussing the concept and theoretical origin of motion acupuncture therapy. The middle part introduces needling techniques, which constitute the core content of the entire book, providing detailed discussions on the establishment of motion acupuncture points, needling techniques, and the movement of needles. The process of finding motion acupuncture points, needling methods, and needle movement methods are systematic and regulated. There are image explanations and video tutorials for both needling auxiliary techniques and needle movement methods. The lower part discusses the specific clinical treatment of cases, mainly introducing the treatment methods for over 50 types of conditions, including various pains caused by soft tissue injuries, as well as the treatment of some internal medicine and gynecological diseases. All cases are clinically real and effective, with objective and specific descriptions. The analysis of the cases is clear and in-depth, with most cases accompanied by before-and-after treatment comparison photos or videos.

The book is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine theory, guided by the ‘Huangdi Neijing’ (Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon). The needling techniques are mainly inspired by methods such as ‘Five Needling,’ ‘Nine Needling,’ and ‘Twelve Needling’ from the ‘Lingshu’ (Miraculous Pivot), as well as needling methods from ‘Zhenjiu Dacheng – Jinzhen Fu’ (The Complete Works of Acupuncture and Moxibustion – Golden Needle Ode). The therapeutic effects of motion acupuncture therapy are demonstrated based on clinically real cases, allowing readers to experience the treatment conditions and results as if they were present. The book includes diagnostic explanations and precautions, providing an immersive experience.

‘Motion Acupuncture Therapy’ was published by People’s Medical Publishing House in March 2020, the first edition.
